For over a decade, I’ve helped clients move toward lives that feel more meaningful, fulfilling, and authentic. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults—particularly those exploring their gender, sexuality, or relationship structure later in life. As a late bloomer myself, I know how identity shifts can reshape your sense of self, your relationships, and the future you once imagined. It can be exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes downright disorienting. Whether you're questioning long-held assumptions, navigating relationships in a new way, or just trying to make sense of it all, I provide a supportive, affirming space to figure it out.
At the same time, identity exploration doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s often tangled up with anxiety, perfectionism, or a deep-seated fear of getting it wrong. Maybe your brain won’t stop running worst-case scenarios, or the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations has kept you stuck. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to control things—your thoughts, your body, your emotions—because uncertainty feels unbearable. I help clients break free from these patterns so they can stop just getting through life and actually start living it.
I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings, supporting people through some of their most challenging moments. These days, I primarily focus on working with adults and teens (14+), creating a space that feels safe and affirming—where you don’t have to explain the basics of your identity before we can get to the heart-centered work.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Some days, it’s about skill-building—learning how to manage anxiety, set boundaries (yes, even with your mother), or navigate tough conversations. Other days, it’s about deep emotional processing, unlearning harmful narratives, or figuring out how to exist in a world that wasn’t necessarily built with you in mind. Together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.
I also provide gender-affirming care letters for clients seeking medical transition. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand how crucial it is to have access to affirming care, and I am committed to making that process as smooth and supportive as possible.
I believe therapy should be both meaningful and, at times, a little lighthearted—because let’s be honest, life is weird. I won’t show up in a stiff blazer, nodding seriously from across the room. I’ll probably be barefoot in my office, with my dogs wandering in the background, offering warmth and comic relief. If you’re looking for real talk, practical tools, and a space where you can be fully yourself (awkward moments and all), I’d love to connect. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
